Vincenzo or Enzo as he likes to be called has a deep rooted love for food and has been in the restaurant business for 25 years. He was born in Napoli Italy were he fell in love with cooking from a young age watching is grandmother make the tastiest pastas, pizzas & pastries. He soon realized cooking was his passion and went to culinary school in Italy and graduated in 1987. Enzo has owned and successfully operated restaurants in Niagara Falls Canada, South Carolina United States and Dresden Germany. Enzo moved to Ireland with his wife Tabitha in 2010, and soon after their arrival their son Christian was born. Enzo is a family man, a dedicated father and a loving husband that loves to cook. He calls it "art".
